Terazosin (Hytrin) is an alpha blocker used for treatment of consequences of prostate enlargement (BPH). It too acts to lower a blood pressure, so occurs as drug of selection for men by having hypertension and prostate enlargement.

It works by blocking a action of adrenaline on muscles of the bladder.
